How Saturn Operations Center Works
The Operations Center workflow engine accepts Service Requests from customers, support agents, and automated backoffice workflows. The backoffice workflows comprise automated decisions using the Decision Engine, API calls to external integrations using the Integrations Engine, and manual steps to be performed by the operations team using the Task Workbench.
