John Levitsky Co-President US Market, Mastercard
John Levitsky is co-president, United States for Mastercard and a member of the Company’s management committee. In his role, John is responsible for Mastercard’s U.S. product, services, technology, issuing business and financial institutions in the U.S.  This includes portfolios in the following segments: co-brand, commercial, prepaid, wealth management, emerging issuers, financial technology partners, regional banks, national banks and credit unions.
John joined Mastercard in 2000 and has held a variety of positions, including roles in finance and strategy. Most recently, John was president of U.S. financial institutions. John also led Mastercard’s corporate development team, having global responsibility for managing and executing acquisitions, divestitures and minority equity investments. John served on the board of directors of Mastercard’s investment portfolio companies and played a key role in Mastercard’s initial public offering. 
Prior to joining Mastercard, John underwrote and managed commercial debt and equity portfolios at GE Capital. Before working at GE, John audited a wide range of security instruments at Pricewaterhouse Coopers and worked in a small business lending division at the Bank of New York.

Gary Singh is the President, North America at Zeta. A 20+ year silicon valley industry veteran, Gary has an extensive knowledge about the fintech industry and holds multiple patents in the mobile and wireless industry. At the core, Singh is a business and product guy, who understands how to build and take new and innovative products and services to disrupt status quo markets. Prior to joining Zeta, Singh was the Chief Revenue Officer at Ondot Systems. He has also held executive level positions at Obopay, Nokia Financials Services and Aruba Networks. He comes with over a decade of experience at Zebra (through multiple acquisitions — Motorola Solutions enterprise division and Symbol technologies), where he helped pioneer the WiFi market to automate supply chain operations. At Zeta, Singh is responsible for the company’s go-to-market, operations, growth and overall financial performance in North America.

Ranjita Iyer currently leads Services for the North America region. Ranjita manages a team responsible for the Security Solutions, Open Banking, Network Services, Consumer Acquisition & Engagement, Business & Market Insights, Customer Success, and Business Development functions across a broad array of hundreds of products and services. An engineer at heart, she is passionate about innovation and technology especially in the context of the financial and payments services industry. She is an experienced leader with proven track record across strategy, business development, product management and execution over the last 2 decades.

Kelvin Chen Senior Executive Vice President, Head of Policy
Kelvin Chen is the Consumer Bankers Association's Head of Policy. Kelvin joined CBA from Barclays U.S. Consumer Bank, where he led its Regulatory Affairs function and was a member of the Consumer Bank’s Executive Committee. Kelvin also has experience in senior positions in the government, including the Federal Reserve and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and across the private sector.
