Terms and Conditions: 

On using the app, you agree that you are part of an application environment that demonstrates the capabilities of Zeta Tachyon and Neutrino Suite of products through a simulated UPI environment. All transactions done on Unnati are simulated through the implementation of the UPI network and no actual money is transferred. The Terms and Conditions stated below apply to the construct of the credit product that you have selected. The Bank, Zenith Bank, is a simulated bank, designed to provide UPI credit. 

InstaEMI

• The loan amount you avail will be blocked against your credit limit.
• Loan amount will need to be paid as per the repayment date and final amount will include EMI and GST.
• A mandate will be setup through the bank account for the repayment of the loan.
• The default repayment tenure will be 15 days (subjected to change by the bank).
• The repayment tenure can be changed within the cooling period, which extends to 1 hour (subject to change by the bank).
• GST of 18% is applicable on:
  (i) Interest amount of EMI every month,
  (ii) Processing fee (if any)
  (iii)Pre-closure charges (if any) 
• The processing fee (as applicable) amount will be levied during the immediate repayment cycle once your loan is booked.
• Partial pre-payment or partial closure is not permitted on this loan.     
• The loan once approved and processed cannot be canceled. Tenure confirmed at the time of booking cannot be changed. 
• The loan can be pre-closed any time during the tenure. In case of pre-closure of the loan, a charge (currently 3% of the balance principal outstanding plus GST of 18%) will be applicable.
• The loan cannot be availed on certain merchant transactions as per internal policy and guidelines. If found so, the bank has the right to cancel the loan at any point of time. 
• If you default in paying EMI on the due date, your loan account services shall be suspended and could further be terminated.    

SmartCredit

• The availed loan amount will be blocked against your credit limit.
• Monthly repayment dues will include EMI and GST on the interest amount of the EMI. 
• A mandate will be set up on the bank account for repayment of the loan. 
• The monthly payment due will be billed in the monthly statement starting from the immediate billing cycle date and will be part of the Minimum Amount Due (MAD) appearing in your monthly statement. Payment of MAD is required to keep your account regular.  
• GST of 18% are applicable on:
  (i) Interest amount of EMI on a monthly basis,
  (ii) Processing fee (if any)
  (iii)Pre-closure charges (if any) 
• The processing fee (as applicable) will be levied during the immediate billing cycle once you book your loan.  
• Partial pre-payment or partial closure is not permitted on this loan. 
• The loan can be pre-closed any time during the tenure. In case of pre-closure of the loan, a charge (currently 3% of the balance principal outstanding plus GST of 18%) will be applicable.  
• You cannot use this loan for certain merchant transactions as per internal policy and guidelines. If found so, the bank has the right to cancel the loan at any point of time.
• If you default in paying the EMI on the due date, your loan account services shall be suspended and could further be terminated.

Note: Notwithstanding anything stated above, the continuation of the loan shall be at the sole discretion of the bank and outstanding will be payable to the bank on demand. Zenith Bank reserves the right at any time, without previous notice, to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace wholly or in part this scheme by another offer, whether similar to the offer or not, or to withdraw it all together. 

You will not hold Zenith Bank responsible for, or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges, expenses, which a participant may suffer, sustain or incur by the offer. GST and processing fees will not be reversed under any circumstances.

Any disputes related to the offer shall be resolved in competent courts/tribunals’ exclusive jurisdiction.

Specifically to Unnati, the app: 

Unnati is a sandbox app that is designed to simulate UPI Credit products for banks powered by the Zeta Tachyon and Neutrino suite of products. It is an invite-only application that will allow bankers to simulate how their customers may use the UPI credit products.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal information you disclose to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide us when registering on the ‘Sites’, expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when participating in activities on the Sites, or otherwise contacting us.

The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Sites, the choices you make, and the products and features you use.

The personal information we collect can include the following:

• Name and Contact Data: First and last name and phone number. 
• Credentials: Passwords, password hints, and similar security information used for authentication and account access.
• Feedback and Correspondence: Feedback and/or correspondence you provide regarding the Sites and/or our services.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Information collected automatically.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Sites. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Sites and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Sites, to improve the quality of our Sites and services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes. 2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

For Unnati, we use your information to create a simulated bank account for you from which you may transact on a simulated credit line. The information you provide is only used for this purpose and nothing else. 

On the sites:

We use personal information collected via our Sites for several business purposes described below. We process your personal information based on our legitimate interests, contractual obligations, your consent, and legal requirements.

We use the information we collect or receive:

• To facilitate account creation and logon process. For example, if you choose to link your account with us to a third-party account (such as your Google or Facebook account), we use the information you allowed us to collect from those third parties to facilitate account creation and logon process.
• To send administrative information to you. We may use your personal information to send you product, service, and new feature information and/or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
• To protect our Sites. We may use your information to keep our Sites safe and secure (for example, for fraud monitoring and prevention).
• To enforce our terms, conditions, and policies.
• To respond to legal requests, prevent harm, and comply with provisions of applicable law. If we receive a subpoena or other legal/regulatory request, we may need to inspect the data we hold to determine how to respond, and we will disclose such information as required to comply with such requests and applicable law.
• For other Business Purposes. We may use your information for other Business Purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns, and to evaluate and improve our Sites, products, services, marketing, and your experience.

4. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

Unnati uses no cookies. As the information on the app is simulated, it does not track its users.

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

6. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures that comply with provisions of applicable law designed to protect the security of any personal information we collect and process. However, we cannot guarantee that the internet is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Sites is at your own risk. You should only access the services within a secure environment.

7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

Unnati is specifically designed to be used through invite codes only, which we distribute only in person. We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Sites, you represent that you are at least 18. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 8. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

Subject to the provisions of applicable law, you have the right (i) to request access to and obtain a copy of your personal information, (ii) to request rectification or erasure; (iii) to object to or request restriction in processing of your personal information; and (iv) if applicable, to request portability of your personal information. To make such a request or objection, please use the contact details provided below. We will consider and act upon any request or objection under applicable data protection laws.

You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails sent by us or by contacting us using the details provided below. You will then be removed from the marketing email list. However, we may still need to send you service-related emails necessary for the administration and use of your account.

If we rely on your consent to process your personal information, you can withdraw your consent at any time. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that occurred before the withdrawal of your consent or the processing of your personal information occurring on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers, certain mobile operating systems, and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

10. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, and the California Consumer Privacy Act permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us certain information regarding categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a “Last Updated” date and it will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this privacy policy frequently to stay informed of how we protect your information. Any such update will become effective immediately upon Zeta posting it on the Website and your continued use of the Sites constitutes your agreement to such modifications.
